2021 is rolling! Lots of activity to start the year. Once again the low interest rates have got a lot of people off the fence. Where I am seeing more activity is the move up market. Savvy home owners are seeing a good opportunity to capitilize on the market. Low inventory levels have made things a bit more difficult for buyers, however, even in the last couple of weeks, we are seeing more inventory coming on to the market. I think we are going to be in for an interesting year.
