Here is the lastest stat pack for October 2018. Although October was slower (more than likely because of the pipeline announcement), it does seem that the last couple weeks have started to pick up. I am currently working with 3 more buyers and have a couple listings in the works. Now is the time to start thinking about off season buying. Many sellers would like to have their place sold by the holidays. Find a motivated buyer and you may find yourself a good deal!
