The December stat pack is in and with that the end of the year stats. Sales were up 1% compared to 2018 and while that's not saying much, it is an improvement to what we have seen over the last few years. Sales did spike in December in both the apartment and attached segments. There was a really good rate deal that was offered in December which shook a few buyers off the fence. I have had a decent start to 2020. I do believe that we are going to have a better year as both buyers and sellers are more realistic with their expectations. Are you thinking of buying or selling?
