Suprisingly, there is still decent activity in the market on the buyers side. I have 2 listings yet to sell and the activity has been excellent. I am also working with several buyers that are hoping to be in to a new home before the year is out. As mentioned from the previous month, the stability for the past few months has emboldened buyers to get in to the market. Why not? Interest rates are still really low and end of season buying is always advantageous. With all this being said, there is a temperance as we wait to see how the market settles out after the federal election. Need help getting started?
